Exciting Update from GLOW2.0 Project!

Our event brought together representatives from prestigious organizations such as UiT Arctic University of Norway, Karelia UAS, WESTBIC, Udaras na Gaeltachta, SSNV, Nordnorsk Vitensenter, Vitensenter Nordland, Narvik Kommune, Visit Narvik, and SALT, making it a dynamic platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange.

Highlights of the event included: 
🔍 Consortium Meeting: Productive discussions on project progression, work package presentations, and activity planning. 

🏛️ Visit to the Narvik War Museum: Participants gained insight into the region's rich history, reflecting on its significance and impact on the local community. 

🔬 VR Technology Testing: Engaging demonstrations of VR technology at the UiT XR-lab, showcasing its potential applications in our project. 

🏛️ Seminar for Stakeholders: Insightful presentations by industry experts on Northern Norway's tourism trends, challenges, and technological innovations. 

🐾 Guided Tour of Polar Park: Participants immersed themselves in the Arctic wilderness, experiencing its unique biodiversity firsthand. 

🖥️ Visit to the UiT XR-lab: Exploring cutting-edge technologies, including 3D environments and virtual reality, paving the way for innovative solutions in tourism development.
