Main projects reporting

Reporting is an important part of project management, which engages the entire partnership. It allows the programme to track project advancement and is the base for paying out the grant to the project.

How it works

To ensure a good monitoring of the project implementation, Main projects are expected to submit a Partner Report to certify the project costs, and a Project report. Through the Project Report the programme can monitor progress on achievements and spending. The payment is based on the project report. All reports are created and submitted in Jems by the Partners and Lead Partners. Follow the guidance and steps below to prepare and submit your reports.
